Volunteer Opportunities at the H.A.C.

H.A.C Social Programs Volunteer – Hagersville Office
Needs: Thursdays – 9:30 am to 1:00 pm 

The H.A.C Social Programs Volunteer plays a vital role in supporting the weekly social programs offered through the Alzheimer Society. These programs provide a welcoming and engaging environment for clients and caregivers to connect, socialize, and participate in meaningful activities. Volunteers help ensure each session runs smoothly and that all participants feel comfortable, supported, and included.

H.A.C Canvas and Mocktails Program Volunteer – Hagersville Office
Needs:Bi-Weekly Tuesdays from 10:30am -12:30pm

The H.A.C Canvas and Mocktails Program Volunteer supports a creative and social program offered by the Alzheimer Society through the H.A.C. The Canvas and Mocktails program provides participants with a fun, relaxing, and engaging space to explore art, enjoy non-alcoholic beverages (“mocktails”), and connect socially. Volunteers play a key role in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment by assisting with setup, cleanup, and direct participant engagement.

H.A.C Start With Art Program Volunteer – Hagersville Office
Needs: Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 3:30pm

The H.A.C Start With Art Program Volunteer plays a key role in supporting the Alzheimer Society’s creative arts programming. The Start With Art program provides a welcoming space where participants can express themselves through art, connect socially, and enjoy meaningful engagement. Volunteers help create a positive and inclusive environment by assisting with preparation, cleanup, and direct support for clients during sessions.

    • Please select the roles that interest you by checking the boxes next to them.
  2. If you’re applying for a specific job listed in our current openings, be sure to:
    • Check the box labeled “Posted Available Job”
    • In the following field titled “Posted Job Title and Location”, type the exact job title and location of the position you’re applying for.
      This ensures your application is directed to the appropriate job pool.
